Aroated but refined cuisine, fresh products, small menu but enough choice, service and reception at the top. Good weekend with the family.

Restaurant unworthy of a four star hotel! If the service was very good, the kitchen is just catastrophic, sodexho level less well! Example 1 announced: roast octopus, small vegetables and its virgin sauce; received: cooked octopus in the oven without fat, so not roasted and therefore hyper dry, short immangeable small steamed vegetables without any sauce. Example 2 announced: small seiches in parsillad; received: whites of seiche returned with thyme (so no report) arranged to go quickly without presentation. Example 3 announced: gambas risotto; received: pasty rice having more cardboard taste than anything else with 4 gambas planted on it. The chief was sick, I only see that, otherwise change it. The restaurant completely discredits the hotel industry.
