Was Joshua Davila at Estela's a mag?
This was the best breakfast I've had in a long time. The flat beef enchiladas were incredibly hearty and perfectly seasoned. Dining at this restaurant felt like enjoying a wonderful meal at home. While I can’t cook enchiladas that well, the standout feature was definitely the service. Estella's grandson is sure to be a fantastic owner in the future. Estela's is a fantastic spot for breakfast, offering generous portions at excellent prices, with breakfast served until 2pm. Their menu isn't limited to breakfast either—they also have a delicious lunch selection. The only downside is that weekends can get very busy, but the food is definitely worth the wait!

The food was excellent! I ordered a burrito, while the rest of my family had a regular breakfast. My only disappointment was that the hot sauce wasn't very spicy.
