We ordere... read more We were the first to arrive in the restaurant. My partners drink arrived then my wine was accidentally served to another table then promptly replaced. We ordered dinner and after a long wait, my chicken arrived warm with all the sides cold and a long hair attached to my plate, my partners arrived cold, and his prime rib, which was to be served Medium Rare to Rare, was gray! I got up from he table to find our waitress who was standing with a group of servers and asked her to take back the food and pointed out the hair. OOPS ..was her reply. The meals left the table and then after a minute wait, she returned to tell us they were firing a new set of entrees. No mention of the hair! The next set did arrive warmer and my chicken was decent. the bison prime rib did arrive the correct temperature and color. When asked if was better I said Yes! especially without the hair We ate it as we were starving and had no other options for dining at this point. The chef did come out and apologized for the poor experience and then did take off our tab. so we were acknowledged. Overall, the room was tired, the food was mediocre and as for the Farm to Table claim on their website, this was a major disappointment.
