This may not be fancy as the other national truck stops, but it is unique on its own! The people working here are very nice. There was an old lady who made conversation with me, that was very nice of her. The deli is awesome, they have a bunch of knives, I love knives, and so much more!!!! View all feedback.
What Simon Lee doesn't like about The Woodshed:
No fuel in any of the pumps on 9/1/22 at 6:38pm for semi trucks. Female clerk on duty had an attitude about it too. She had no courtesy. The mens bathroom stall door is also completely unhinged and they just left it there hanging. Don?t come here. Ironically, this place is not trucker friendly. Go to the Loves right across the street from it. You?ll get fuel there as well as friendly associates. View all feedback.
I’ve visited this restaurant many times in the past and used to really look forward to it. Unfortunately, that’s not the case anymore.
While this place may not be as upscale as other national truck stops, it has its own unique charm! The staff here are incredibly friendly. An elderly lady struck up a conversation with me, which was a lovely touch. The deli is fantastic; they have a great collection of knives—I'm a big fan of knives—and so much more!
What wonderful staff! Everyone is incredibly friendly, and the food is fantastic. The showers are clean and provide hot water, but you'll need to let them warm up for about five minutes. Plus, there's plenty of parking space!
Nice truck stop. Is an older mom and pop place that there saint many of anymore. There is lots of parking. They have about 8 Facebook stalls in the men's room. There are showers and laundry. There is hot case food and a restaurant. There is also a subway. They have a lot of souvenir type stuff. My only complaint is after eating food from the hot box, chicken strips and mashed potatoes with gravy, I wish I had been a dog........
This place is a rip off everything is very overpriced even more then your typical truck stop and the restaurants food is very low quality for the price I do not recommend the beef brisket my meal was obviously microwaved and not fresh you will be very disappointed and its expensive on top of that for a small amount of food. I also purchased 2 drinks and a candy bar from the store side that set me back over 10 dollars ???? I will never stop here again.
