What Nyle M doesn't like about Taco Bell:
A couple of bad experiences have soured this location for me. First sign that I should stay away was getting a Crunchwrap that only had lettuce and sour cream. Guess I should have been more specific that I wanted meat and cheese? My orders are always correct at this Taco Bell and service is fast.
They dont actually open @8. They pick what time they want to open and not open on their actual operating hours.
We ordered our food through the drive through and as we pulled up the window, and we asked about the rewards the app. The one lady did not know, so she asked a lady who I believe was the manager had poor customer service and said we don’t use the the stupid rewards app rudely. We received our food. I always look before pulling off and we noticed no straws or sauces. We had to sit in the same spot for 5 minutes waiting to get someone’s attention to review these items. As we were waiting, 2 out of the 3 people starred at us while the other was on their phone right in the window. Customer service sucks and would not recommend going to this location.
