Edera - BIELLA

Excellent restaurant in the center of Biella, clean and welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. Land and sea menu, well prepared dishes, I was impressed by the meat and the really well cooked pork shank. Good choice of wines. The average high price.

I had lunch here taking a dish from the special selection. Delicious tagliatelle with lime and chilli. Low prices, not low, fair I would say. Very courteous service. The menu offered a good choice with a good mix of more traditional products and refined dishes.

Clean, simple and elegant place. The owner is always very kind, welcoming and non-intrusive. The refined and seasonal cuisine. Prices average for the area. I recommend trying it.

As regards the quality of the food and the quality-price ratio, the restaurant is more or less average: without praise or infamy. Regarding the service, I would have some advice: if you tell the customer that you will redo the second course requested (your decision, I would have easily eaten it even though it was brought to me together with the starter... first I ate the second course hot and then the cold starter do it! Because if the customer then receives the famous second course which is decidedly lukewarm, not to mention cold, he feels taken for a ride! Better one smile less, but true, than two forced smiles.

Really nice restaurant! We had dinner on the patio: romantic! Excellent food, original reinterpretations, I didn't try the second one... but the desserts were excellent. The owner is very kind, the waiter very professional... IN short, MUST TRY
