For the second time, I was disappointed by this company and feel obliged to share my experience. I had ordered a cake for my brother's passed exam and paid in advance. But one day before the agreed delivery I received an e-mail, in which I was simply informed that the cake is not produced, as the money was not received. I had already paid in advance and there was no warning or possibility to find an alternative. The rejection was not only plump, but also extremely unprofessional. When I tried to get in touch by phone, nobody was reachable. Now I stand for my brother's party without a cake, which has severely affected the celebration. It is regrettable that I was once again faced with such a bad service. I can only warn: Avoid Kafe Kraume unless you want to impair your celebrations by unreliable service and disappointment. A star is too much for this experience. Never again!
