Unfortunately, the quality of the schnitzel that everyone was looking forward to has declined significantly. The friendliness was still there, but the service was careless and attentive, even though there wasn't much going on. It's a shame you're putting your good reputation at risk. And although there isn't much choice in Brackwede, we'll eat somewhere else next time.

I could count the mushrooms that were served separately with my mushroom cream schnitzel. My mother had the senior portion. She counted them and there were 5 mushrooms. All I can say is... they're cutting corners in the wrong place. The service was okay. The ambiance is nice.

The service is very attentive and friendly, and it remains excellent even when the restaurant is full. The food is always delicious; the spare ribs are highly recommended. But the schnitzel and other dishes are also top-notch. It's a small menu with high-quality food. Reservations are recommended to guarantee a table. We always enjoy coming back; unfortunately, there are very few good restaurants in Brackwede where you can enjoy a cozy, stylish, and simply delicious meal. That's why we always love going to the Amtsschänke!
