Pizza Hut - Bielany Wroclawskie

When I went shopping to Bielany Wrocławskie with my father during the summer in 2013, we got very hungry in the afternoon. We started looking for a place where we could fill ourselves up. After a short consideration we chose the Pizza Hut restaurant on Czekoladowa Street near the A4 motorway. It was located in a one storey building creating casual atmosphere. When we went in, I liked the cosy interior design. The modern decor included for example coloured glasses between tables. There were plenty of people but not as many as to make the place poky. The staff dealt with customers quickly and professionally but some of them were just sitting and waiting. Yeah, preparation of a pizza takes about twenty minutes here. We ordered one big pizza on thin pastry and two coffees. The service was warm and friendly. Coffees were served soon. Then we had to wait for the dish for quite a long time. But it doesn't matter when you want something delicious and of high quality. The pizza was mouth watering, with crispy pastry and appropriate amount of cheese. The flavour was there but, in fact, it could be richer in ham and other addings (the staff seems to save money on it). The coffee was quite good but nothing special. To sum up, the lunch was tasty but we didn't feel as full as we expected. Prices were reasonable when related to the quality. Generally good value for money. It's an ideal place to have dinner with family or with friends. And it has an advantage for drivers an enormous car park.

Restauracja jest nie do przyjęcia. Nie została zamknięta, mimo że zazwyczaj serwuje świeżego kurczaka. Ludzie donoszą, że sanepid się w tym przyjrzał. Według Google, standardem jest kontakt w tej sprawie. Zgłoszenie zostało odrzucone. To już drugi taki przypadek. Otrzymałem informację, a potem po godzinach otrzymywałem wiadomości SMS w tej sprawie. To po raz pierwszy, kiedy spotkałem się z takim brakiem szacunku dla klienta.
