My chi... read more Place has really fallen down in regards to quality. Each of us had different meals and in our party of 5 four of our meals were cold and poorly prepared. My chicken was dried out and cold and my Fathers was as well. This is not the 99 I grew up going to. It feels like they are focusing more on the bar and less on the dining.

Greeting was good and our waiter was good and the food was ok for the mos... read more After another Patriots loss we wanted to grab dinner with our son before heading home. Greeting was good and our waiter was good and the food was ok for the most part. Steak tips were good, soups were ok, Caesar wrap was good and a burger was ok at best. Sometimes later in the evening things are not as good as when they are busy for whatever. We did have 2 issues with the place though. First the restaurant was filthy, you couldn’t walk across the room without stepping on trash or whatever. Now I don’t expect the floor to be spotless at 7:30 at night but they generally try to keep up some by using a carpet sweeper but not here, not tonight, it was a mess. The other issue was it was so freezing cold in the restaurant we could not enjoy ourselves. Not sure what the issue was but at 54 degrees outside it was warmer outside than in. Our hands were frozen, we had to bundle up just to make it through the meal. Not sure if they are not allowed to use heat yet but the 4 of us and a baby were so uncomfortable. And it wasn’t just us, everyone was saying the same thing so we rushed out to warm up in the car. Hopefully if we go again the heat will be on.

Service was excellent, drinks are very weak. If I'm paying an average of $13 a drink, I expect to have a slight buzz at best. I had five drinks and was perfectly fine, and no, I'm not an alcoholic!
