The three appetizers were the Tomate Burrata, Watermelon Salad and Salmon Gravalax. See picture For the main course of the fish of the day Dorado) and the salmon. All were excellent. Hadn't put watermelon and feta cheese together....but happy BC did it! For dessert we have made fresh berries, Gateaux Basque and Chocolate/Raspberry ice cream And as a bonus we can officially say that we have been in France!
