The reservation for 18.00 h... read more We drove from Heidelberg to Bickenbach to spend the evening with our family and eat together. We had reserved 6 people two days ago. The reservation for 18.00 h was not registered, but friendly got a table. At 20.30 a.m. the order was added, Pizza/Pasta/Salat. Beverages came to some extent fleeting, but for 1 1⁄2 hours we still only sat with the ordered drinks. When we asked politely, we were sure that the food was the same. At 20.00 a.m. the 3 pizzas for the children came after repeated memory. 1⁄2 h later the pasta. The ordered salad was asked several times, but the food never arrived. At 21.15 we asked for the bill, and I left the place more hungry than I came. The service was not really impressed by the mismanagement and wanted to offer me a dessert as a substitute. No one was interested in our table. Yes, it could have been a lot, but if the neighboring tables that all have come to us get food before us, or no one is able to bring the ordered salad despite repeated request that all have something to eat, then that is more than uninteresting, so bad I never felt after a restaurant visit Nie again!!!!

The people... read more A truly fantastic restaurant! I had schnitzel for lunch today. I received a very warm and friendly welcome, and the service was absolutely top-notch! The people are truly wonderful! The wait for the food was also surprisingly short. This shows to me that everything is perfectly coordinated and well-organized! I don't want to say much about the food itself; for me, it's a clear 10/10. The schnitzel and fries tasted, the portion size, and the presentation were exactly as I had imagined! The price-performance ratio is excellent! All in all, it was a truly wonderful experience; I haven't felt this comfortable in a restaurant in a long time. Thank you for everything, and please keep up the great work! (4.9/5 stars; I personally would have loved homemade iced tea, but no big deal!
