We ate here several time when we lived in Biberach. The first couple of time the food (especially the burgers) was good, but the service was always very patchy. Good food, good service and a modern menu with plenty of healthy options. We had six people, so we tried much of the menu and everyone was happy. I had a salad with large pieces of well-seasoned turkey very nice, clean (no sand, freshly...prepared) salad and chunks of turkey, not the usual strips. My wife had the pulled pork on a wholewheat bun, with fresh toppings. My son had a well-prepared schnitzel and other had the large burgers on whole wheat (burgers are a bit prircey). The staff was friendly and attentive and the place had a nice beer and wine menu. There is a large, free parking lot if you drive a little past the restaurant and turn left, up the hill. Biberach is very nice town, with wonderful medieval walls and a fortress as well as extensive fachwerk building and a lovely dome. Well worth the trip!
