First experience in an application restaurant but what an excellent surprise. Possibility of taking an aperitif at the bar, very nice menu and wines at producer prices. The menu was very good, a small cooking mistake for meat but the young cooks came to apologize. All the eleves that served were very kind and welcoming. In short, really good for a reasonable price.

I would like to congratulate the dynamism of the educational team and the quality of the kitchen. The choice of bringing the visitor to discover his table as he chooses is quite innovative. The wines are well selected with relevant advice. The price is quite correct given the quality of the dishes and the service of the students who give their maximum!

A gourmet dinner at a very small price served by adorable young, dynamic, applied and smiling people. from this evening, to redo!

It's an application restaurant. Nicely surprised by the quality of the meal served, gourmet cuisine, fine, tasteful, inventive. The setting is very pleasant, a pretty dish, a well-established table. We were served by first-year, highly intimidated students who did their best. We wish them the best for the future.
