discovering the Basque cake at adam is problematic since no other one will be ingestable! On holiday every year in biarritz for about fifteen, our passage to the house adam is mandatory several times a week. I bought macarons from Adam's house, I found their taste was too sweet. The texture in the mouth a little too sticky. On the other hand, we smell the almond dough that gives a good taste, a pity that the sugar aches my taste buds, nothing transandant. The cherry basque cake is succulent, the best we eat! We also tested the tartin practitioner and turkey. They were exquisite! The shop wants to buy everything and the service is impeccable. You can't go to Biarritz without going through House Adam!

Hello I wanted to buy a box of chocolates at 32 euros but paying more than 10 euros for delivery is too expensive. Too bad
Beautiful boutique, luxurious and friendly staff. Their macaroons are really good: I strongly advise! However: I do not share this opinion for their Basque cakes which are really very small and whose cream is almost nonexistent. The cherry is the one that gets out the best because the little cream with the little cherry gets married well and then the result is pretty successful, at least we feel like we have some topping. Now definitively: disappointed by the size of the cakes, it is ridiculous and very disappointing limit for a large house like this. We find much bigger and better stuffed elsewhere, no problem.
