L'entr'potes - Biarritz

We are disappointed with the service and some of the food served. We asked for a bowl of simple rice. When it arrived, it tasted strange. We asked one of the waitresses to try it and she also thought it was weird. We asked the manager to bring a new bowl of rice that was plain and simple. She went away and came back very quickly. The new rice tasted like the old one, but washed off. The manager tried the rice and said it was fine. We didn 't eat the rice because it was clearly out of date. However, they still charged us 5€ for the bowl. Additionally, some of the duck meat was chewy and not well-done, despite explicitly asking for it. The old (or other) name of this place is Le Galion. It had changed management recently.
