I am a chef, and very hard to please when it comes to dining out anywhere in the world. I would highly recommend a meal at L' Entire Deux. After reading the reviews on tripadvisor, we were looking forward to an excellent meal. Unfortunately there was nothing that turned out and we found that both the appetizers and the main course blanden and without great taste. we have eaten much better in other restaurants. in biarritz and around, too much lower trips. With family at the counter we were able to see the chef and his 2 accomplices including a pastry preparing the dishes we took the shackles worked in the form of tagliatelles with egg and grated parmesan until covering the egg: a delight, the dry being the support to bring the texture cooked chickens perfectly with small mushrooms and mustard shoots require a purified supplement; absolutely delicious and making you fall back in childhood excellent desserts and worked short of the 5 stars with a wine card one can short that could be more successful given the excellence of this table
On the family outing, we wanted to test the new biarritz must and we were not disappointed! Between them it is a delicious and perfectly mastered cuisine, fresh products and a very nice service. a great experience with a ratio of price unbeatable. In the end, I can't wait to go back!
Here are three times that we return to this restaurant and it's always with great pleasure. We love this kitchen and the nice atmosphere. products are of quality, tasty and always with a "basque" note. There is no flat, from the entrance to the dessert, with always delicious sweet mouths and sweet mignardises.Four stays in biarritz are always very pleasant, but this restaurant adds a ray of sun!
Excellent meal on the whole, with some flats (to participate in continuous improvement)! light:- the price supplements to the menus (comprehensible considering the products, but disturbing the homogeneity of the packages)- the service, a little quick and remote- the summary presentation of some dishes (the beef linet, otherwise excellent) That said, the cuisine is exceptional and we pass an excellent culinary moment:- original and fine cooking- mastered cooking- assemblages
Although I know the chef, I'm honest, saying that the kitchen is fine, precise, full of flavors. the agreement with the wines is very good and the service as I love it, useful, pleasant, at the right time. accustomed to good restaurants, I recommend one between without hesitation!!
