Hotel very well placed in biarritz. friendly, warm and very convenient staff, we had to move our stay twice and the staff really was very comprehensif. We were very well welcomed, the room was spacious for three, clean. Little more with children, the corner playing at the reception, our son could play quietly while we were spending the evening. We enjoyed the little attentions like the water bottles in the room, the plush of our son well placed on the bed, the pads in the ladies' toilet. c was nice to be able to eat at night on the spot, it's very convenient. the planks were very good as well as breakfast, all of good quality. We will certainly return! we highly recommend.

We spent an exceptional evening at the bar, the cocktails were fantastic and the atmosphere at the rendezvous! Most importantly, we were very pleasantly surprised by the staff, both nice, available and squarely in small care for customers in a good contagious mood! We will return with pleasure when we are again on Biarritz, don't change anything!
