Have been coming here on all my visits to Biarritz over a number of years and it NEVER disappoints. I cannot understand when this place gets some negative reviews …. but maybe it is visitors who take seats outside on the street at the very...busy times. Surely a lively atmosphere, especially if you want to be seen, but don't go there for food. Overcooked gambas, a calf cut with a thick cream sauce to hide all fat on the meat, a entrecôte that was not seignant, but had...cant the pan and lukewarm food best touched. Dear and unpleasant boss, I won't put my feet there anymore. The quality is medium and exorbitant tapas. Disappointment to avoid.
Fast and pleasant service, but avoid gambas for example (I will objectively judge that what I took) they are frozen, too cooked so soft; Not good. They are served with a potato in the oven without taste and barely cooked! And to end up avoiding decay, just unbreakable. Added too expensive for so little quality.
