I’ve been here a few times over two visits to Biarritz. The first thing to note: the restaurant sits above the Port Vieux beach and has superb views overlooking the ocean. Sunsets can be seen in all of their splendour, which makes dining here around...7-9pm particularly romantic for couples. Onto the food: we’ve sampled most dishes on the menu, and all are delicious, with thought and touch going into the presentation... View all feedback.
What Sabine Michel doesn't like about Arena:
Absolutely breathtaking view, the Aperol was full of ice, so instead of 250 ml of aperol and there was nothing special we got 50 ml, my chocolate milkshake was full of chocolate grains and the staff was not particularly friendly. Average. View all feedback.
You are looking for a place or lunch in the open air abec a nice view: you are there!Prices are medium as you doubt it in view of the setting and the helpful servers! Enjoy fish and seafood preferably given the proximity of the great blue!
We came to eat with a group of friends, the magnificent setting in front of the ocean made us stop at the arena. por commencer des mojitos just perfect, to follow, for my part, a small beef tartare with its accompaniment of just extra homemade fries and a cream burnt, "the arena cream burned" with its was just splendid biscuit. A very nice and helpful team.Nothing to see with some seaside restaurants that enjoy the idyllic setting.Thank you to the whole team of the restaurant, kitchen and room.
We were very well received by a professional and discreet team. The setting is very beautiful, the pleasant atmosphere. On the plate side, the dishes are good but a little disappointed with the result. the amount too important is for something to my taste. I prefer less garnished plates but with more sauce. my wife's fish was already served on a purée bed and it is proposed to take a accompaniment. She took it in purée. so double ration of purée. a little pity that this is not written on the map. However, the mussel sauce was too rare in the plate. The pork was good but lacked sauce and served for two people without problems!good address because the frame is magical, the service very good but a little disappointed with the plate in summary.
My friends and I didn't know what to think of when we started, the restaurant is very well placed, in front of the ocean but there was no much choice of dishes between 3pm and 5pm. We took salads and sandwiches. The salads were super good and especially very garnished! these are a very good value for money and quantity/price as well. the only regret remains only the lack of choice.
Great room.Super well located.Super interior.Proper, surfboard on the ceiling.Chaise and table wood.Very good! But a brown waitress without a smile.limite looking at us with ignorance.while his blonde colleague has done the necessary for us. We eat well. The Daniel Jack... is very expensive for the little served.Moment of the payment: the brown waitress finds the smile with the money in hand.As this look high with this impression of the stubborn, to hate what it does. The others very well.Very clean Toilettes.Recommended...but chose your servers/servers. She doesn't deserve to work out this standing bar/resto
