We indulged in dishes such as pankhi ke... read more On a December evening, there is nothing better than enjoying a treat on the terrace of the Palace, under the mango tree. We indulged in dishes such as pankhi kebab, galouti kebab, and exquisite aperitifs. The main course and desserts were straight from the royal kitchen of the Nawab. It's a tradition for us to never miss this experience when we are in Bhopal.

The Achari-Mutton-... read more The restaurant, as its name suggests, is a beautiful setting under a mango tree! It is beautifully lit up at night and the food is fantastic. The Achari-Mutton-Kebab tikkas are the best we have ever had. The hospitality was excellent - Dol Bahadur, the manager, made us feel so welcome and accommodated our requests that we ended up dining here for two nights in a row. They even decorated the place beautifully for our celebration! Abhishek was also a great server. This place is a must-visit if you are in Bhopal!

It took an exceptionally long time to receive our food, with the excuse given that they were busy. Shouldn't a restaurant of this caliber be prepared to handle a high volume of customers? The food itself was dry and lacked the expected deliciousness. Despite it being a busy night, there should not have been an excuse for slow and subpar service. Hopefully, this was just an off day for them, otherwise, customers may not be inclined to return.

We tried the fish with mustard, it was tasteless and other items ordered was also not upto the mark. Although the ambience is very good...but food needs a lot of improvement.
