Pizza Hut - Bhopal

Extremely slow service. Not for people on the move. Come here if you can look one hour or probably more time. Usually very good pizzas and side dishes. Great place to spend some quality time with family.

We visit Pizza Hut very regularly with family and I love their chicken as well as fresh Garden salad.I also recommend their masala lemonade pitcher.

Pizza is something everyone loves and since this Pizza hut is at prime location(DB Mall), we usually prefer to go there. But since an year, our experience there has been very bad. The service is too bad, service boys simply ignore you even when you have called them 3-4 times. Sometimes, you have to wait for an hour to get your pizza. Last time we went there few days ago, we had to get up and walk away without eating anything. People were shouting on the waiters for their ignorance towards the customers. Highly disappointed.

I visited this restaurant and tried the BBQ pizza. It took about an hour for them to cook a regular pizza, and when I tried it, it was cold and bland. I informed the server about it, but they didn't even acknowledge me. My friend was disappointed, but I reassured him due to the poor service. I would not recommend eating pizza at this place.

The restaurant is situated on the third floor of DB-Mall and is surrounded by various food options. They had a special meal deal for individuals to enjoy, and although I had to wait for my order, it was not a problem as there was a large variety of dishes available outside the restaurant.
