We booked two rooms Executive room) and stayed for single night in October-2021. Food : Ordered room service at night Roti, Curd rice, Corn Palak) and it was good taste. Rooms : Rooms were good and clean. Wifi signal is also good. Washroom was clean. Service : Room service was good and since hotel is in 3rd floor, they sent bellboy to carry luggage during check-in and checkout. Location : It is in the heart of city. Victoria Park is just 5 minutes drive from the hotel. We went in the evening for a nice walk. There is a big mall for shopping, theatre, food stall) right beside the hotel. Have attached pics and video of room. They gave a service room to our driver but room was not clean, so he slept in the car. Parking facility is there in the mall hotel is part of mall complex). The parking is like underground. So our driver parked the car outside the mall and slept there since it gets hot in the parking space.

Amazing hotel to live in. Staff is also good. They don't provide lunch or dinner. They do have facility for breakfast though.
