South Indian and Punjabi.He is excellent in preparation of many varieties,but his specialty is BIRYANI and Chicken Preparations.I will suggest all visitor of the hotel to try once the food prepared by him and they will never forget taste as well as their experience.The food preparation by him is going to be cherished for long time.His coordination with his staff and training is also good.This is visible when you talk with any staff member of the restaurant,they speak very high of him. It serves breakfast, lunch and dinner with fixed cuisines but varied menus within them on a daily basis. It has menus but the buffet options are best . The...service is very good. The salads and condiments are followed by yogurt and soups. The vegetarian dishes are next and the non vegetarian items are on the far right just before the desserts. We had good chicken tikka kebabs, yellow tempered lentils, cottage cheese paneer with spinach and ladyfingers cooked with onions and potatoes. During breakfast they had bread butter and jam as KS cereals with milk. TheIndian option of Puri bhaji and dhokla chutney were really. Fresh nd hot as was the dosa pancakes.
