The salads and condiments are followed by yogurt and soups. The vegetarian dishes are next and the non vegetarian items are on the far right just before the desserts. We had good chicken tikka kebabs, yellow tempered lentils, cottage cheese paneer with spinach and ladyfingers cooked with onions and potatoes. During breakfast they had bread butter and jam as KS cereals with milk. TheIndian option of Puri bhaji and dhokla chutney were really. Fresh nd hot as was the dosa pancakes.
