Despite being a loyal customer for years, my recent experience at this restaurant was beyond disappointing. Not only is the food quality deteriorating, but the customer service has hit rock bottom. Attempting to place a takeout order over the phone resulted in being rudely hung up on. Even ordering through their website didn't spare us from encountering atrocious service upon pickup. The waitstaff's blatant rudeness and vulgar language left us feeling utterly disrespected. Olivia, in particular, displayed a shocking level of disregard for customers, showcasing a blatant bias by prioritizing others over us based on race. It's appalling that in this day and age, such discriminatory behavior still exists. Unless they make significant improvements to their abysmal customer service, I strongly advise against patronizing this establishment.I've taken note of your previous commitments to address negative feedback and improve your service, as mentioned in reviews from a few months ago. However, it's disheartening to see that these promises haven't translated into tangible improvements. Instead of genuine engagement, it appears that generic, copy-and-paste responses have become the norm. It's essential to address issues proactively rather than merely acknowledging them without taking meaningful action. Customers expect real solutions, not just empty assurances.

The restaurant is always in top-notch order, a very clean and relaxed atmosphere. The staff members are always neat, clean, pleasant, ready to serve, there when you need them, and very polite. The menu has a multitude and a large variety of items to order, including vegan selections. The food is always hot, freshly prepared and reasonably priced. The taste is something you need to experience. Trust me, you will not be disappointed and return every time you are in Gainesville, FL. What more could you ask for. Vegetarian options: Many menu items can be ordered vegetarian. Parking: There is plenty of free parking in front and on the side. Kid-friendliness: My 7 year old grandson will only eat McDonald's nuggets. He and all the children eating with their parents are treated with respect by all the staff. The do all they can to please and allow us to bring in other food for the children to eat.
