I had the jalapeno turkey crunch, it was a nicely balanced sandwich with a little bit of spice and a satisfying crunch of the chips inside. My wife had the southwest chicken sandwich, it was a little sweet and trying it after my crunchy sandwich made me wish it had chips in it too. Overall good experience, will try again. We placed an order on the website for 6 lunches. After arriving at the restaurant it took 20 minutes before someone acknowledged us (after we flagged them down). An hour after placing our order, we’re still waiting. How long does it take to make a sandwich! View all feedback.
I was getting McAlister's for a lunch event... but when did they start closing at 5pm?! I was so disappointed especially since the website said they closed at 9pm. I called no answer, tried again to place order for pick-up . There was a recording saying call back in the morning.
The food is excellent the salads and the spuds fully loaded. It is my favorite place to eat!
Haven't had them in years been trying for weeks but they close at 5pm so will never go there again.
I wish I could give zero stars. They close at 8pm. Ordered at 7pm for pickup time of 7:19. Get there at 7:26 doors are locked staff is cleaning no one will open the door or answer the phone. The order was paid for in full beforehand.
