이곳은 단순히 음식만 파는 카페는 아닙니다. 이곳의 운영자인 쿤상씨는 사진작가이자 티벳 아이들을 돕는 NGO 활동을 하는 분입니다. 몇 명 이상의 사람을 모아오면 티벳... read more 이곳은 단순히 음식만 파는 카페는 아닙니다. 이곳의 운영자인 쿤상씨는 사진작가이자 티벳 아이들을 돕는 NGO 활동을 하는 분입니다. 몇 명 이상의 사람을 모아오면 티벳 역사에 대한 다큐멘터리 상영과 함께 한국어로 설명을 해주십니다. 음식 자체도 깔끔하고 괜찮은 곳이지만 이곳에서 접할 수 있는 다른 것들이 더 매력적인 곳이기도 합니다. 제가 맥그로드 간즈를 떠나 델리로 가는 버스를 타던 날 우연히 쿤상씨와 같은 버스를 타게 되었는데 새벽에 도착한 델리의 티벳탄 콜로니에서 우리 가족이 숙소 잡는 것도 도와주셨답니다. 맥그로드 간즈에 가신다면 꼭 방문하셔서 티벳인들의 희망이 현실이 되도록 힘을 실어주셨으면 합니다.

The walls are adorned with beautiful photos and messages of hope, creating a peaceful atmosphere. Eco-friendly gifts are available for purchase and there are spaces for working. The owner greets guests warmly and prepares food with care, resulting in delicious meals. I highly recommend a visit to experience the charm of this special place.

The food was delicious, I tried the banana pancake and the omelette with spinach and cheese, both were fantastic. In the evening, they also show interesting documentaries and films about Tibet and Tibetan people. If you are in Dharamsala, I highly recommend stopping by, it's definitely worth it!
