Without having been in japan, this is the BEST japanese food I have ever tasted in my life. Grab the Tempura Udon or Katsudon if you fancy a quick escape of your everyday worries. It’s a umami experience you can’t live without! I go here religiously everytime I find myself in Zürich. The server is the sweetest lady and I hope this shop never closes! View all feedback.
What Cali Stokes doesn't like about Takano City:
Takano has some lunch menus as well as an a la carte selection including sushi. The food is good but not exceptional. Service is very friendly and efficient. For a lunch menu including Miso soup, main dish and Jasmin tea I paid 32CHF. It was not very busy and good for enjoying lunch and conversation. View all feedback.

Careful, I used to like this place a lot, but the quality changed. They advertise a dish in the menu, but serve you with something slightly different. My Sushi roll was not as advertised and having a strong fishy smell. Probably the administration changed.
