What User doesn't like about Newsbar:
I like the place just for a drink. Since it is just catty corner from the main railway station it is a great place to wait for somebody or have a last drink before catching the train. I have eaten once there (upper floor) but frankly - I prefer a drink and go somewhere else for food, it's not the food that bothers me there - more the ambiance that is too lively for dinner. Reccomended for an afterwork or a drink after a journey by train! In front of the station, is a good mix between cozy atmosphere and a lounge.bar. Despite it's big you might no find any spot left ;
You will get out your daily stress here. Strongly recommended!
The place is nice enough but the male waiters there always seem a bit weird and agressive. Don't understand how they hire them. They should just hire normal friendly people (and more women) and I'd give it a 5.
The kind of the place that one size fits all . You can get some drinks, you can get some food, it 's sweet and cozy, but also appropriate for meetings. You won 't get wow about anything, but it 's the typical place to fulfil the standard expectation of a western/european bar/cafe.
