I chose the safety car, souris d 'agneau, (lamb shaft). are served with kartoffel. the meal arrived neatly, a lamb in a bowl of water with 4 half potatoes. Unfortunately, the water was only water, not a taste for it, and the meat was very warm and cold. the meat had been properly cooked as it comes clean from the bone, but as many restaurants in France now the microwave is the main cooking equipment with which the food is prepared and only a reheating is bought necessary. asks whether the addition of a food thermometer could not be a good investment to ensure that the reheated food is warm or at least over room temperature, rather than just defrosted. Perhaps the use of microwaves in French restaurants now explains the annual outbreaks of gastro enteritus in france. the pizza 's served on other tables that look appetizing can be that with those here, as at least they see, one hot of them to cook the beats, instead of just giving the eating a warming
