Attracted by this new establishment I was not convinced by the sushi. Having lived in Japan for years I can tell you that it's like Canada Dry's advertising, it's like sushi, the color of sushi, but it's not sushi. I really prefer when Chinese do Chinese food or phones...It takes more than 3 years to full time to form a sushi cook and you need good fish...it's not there.
