Contribute Feedback What Erwin Stalder doesn't like about L'escale Creole:
I had kept a very good memory of a first visit, we came back on a Saturday night, what disappointment! no hot dish proposed, only a few salads. mine made up a few salad leaves, some pieces of vegetables and a handful of shrimp, fortunately that I had chosen in addition a fierce lawyer, otherwise I would be on my hunger. What a shame! the warm welcome of the owner will not be enough to bring back the customers, if he... View all feedback.
A great moment a warm, perfect heart cuisine with taste a great bravo to this passionate mr in the heart
This restaurant doesn't pay a mine outside, but we pushed the door and the friendly boss and the copious plates were there. Typical cuisine full of flavor at a reasonable price.
A very good way to travel in the islands without having to move there. meals are delicious the atmosphere is very good and very warm the products are fresh the reasonable menus in terms of prices. short a restaurant to try absolutely it is worth the detour!!!
The dishes are very hearty, the very nice and welcoming boss. As for his cuisine, after having lived ten years in guadeloupe, all the memories of the Creole flavors are found intact: the fierce avocado is sublime, the incredibly tender shark, the sauces ideally spicy .seul regret: after succumbing to temptation and entry and dish, it is impossible to enjoy dessert. so we will be glad to return!!!!
Second visit and always as excellent. a chichi-free kitchen, fresh and superbly crafted products. the boss takes us in his childhood memories, kitchen as at home. His fierce lawyer is a pure delight. a silverware of oassous where cooking is mastered. a simple but effective decoration, a very warm welcome. available and affable, the boss makes you travel. one of my favorite addresses on beziers. not to mention the arranged rums, the planter or the ti punch.
