She accidentally splashed my girlfriend with water, which seemed a bit unprofessional.

However, there was a discrepancy in the pool closing time, as it was supposed to close at 6:00 but there was a girl still swimming with her dad at 7:00, splashing my girlfriend in the process. This was a somewhat unprofessional behavior.
