What Roland Lacroix dislikes about Flunch:
Being denied access to a dog (less than 10 kg), without a sign, is one thing, but being aggressively pointed out by removing the tray from my hands seemed a little disproportionate. From this reception I do not recommend. View all feedback.

First time for us. We ate very well. I took a bath and assortment of vegetables, as well as an entrance and dessert. Value for the money I wasn't disappointed.

Unbelievable. The overall quality of the products offered. Compared to the two Flunchs in the Orléannaise region, it's day and night. I took a mustard pillow, the size was gigantic, the kitchen was a happiness. Such quality in Orléans in the flanks of the alomeration would move the crowds. Value for money 4 stars. Bravo to the whole team, each makes being here a happiness. Thanks for the welcome and dynamism.

Bad experience ! We went to eat with my husband and my daughter at this flunch this evening. Being 7 months pregnant and seeing that there was a fairly long queue, my husband went to the checkout to ask if there was a priority checkout. The cashier replies that she is alone and that we need to check with the customers if we want to go first. Without any problem I waited for my turn because I felt good and did not ask customers to go in front of them because it is up to the establishment to set up a priority checkout or to put people first. Being pregnant is not an illness of course, but some women suffer from dizziness, malaise and high blood pressure and cannot stay up for too long, which is why priority funds also exist for them. We don't take this into account, we pay, we sit down and after 25 minutes of waiting for our pizza and seeing that the people arriving after us are being served, we go to the kitchen to ask if there will be any left for a long time and we are told that our order was never sent...When my husband goes to see the cashier to tell her she doesn't answer, doesn't apologize and turns around! Unacceptable and so uncommercial. In addition, the lady who clears the trays passes in front of us, blowing and looking at the ground because our daughter had dropped some paper figures given in the game from her menu (which we obviously picked up once we had finished eating). We who are used to coming will not come back anymore. I find it regrettable that the staff are so unpleasant... except the man who makes the pizzas who was adorable, he prepared our order very quickly upon seeing the error and it's apologetic even though it was not his fault. mistake .
