The drinks arrived promptly and the staff made sure we never had to wait for a refill. The DJ played great music and there was a wide selection throughout. The staff were friendly and helpful, creating a great atmosphere and the decor was lovely.

A slight price increase of £2-3 wou... read more The restaurant is a bit pricey, but the food is delicious. I was disappointed to find that their website had outdated menus. A slight price increase of £2-3 would have been understandable, but a dish for 2 people that used to cost £35 now costs £42. Our group of 12 had trouble splitting the bill because 6 of us ordered dishes for 2. The waiter was rude and expected us to divide the bill ourselves. Despite this, the food was enjoyable, the restaurant was clean, and the location was convenient. However, the portion sizes did not match the high prices.

The food included s... read more Bottomless brunch is an absolute must, waiters are so quick to pick up your empty glasses and top you up absolutely amazing experience here. The food included starters and mains which were really large and tasty, really get your moneys worth here. Final point is on the DJs who always have the place popping even at 3pm highly recommended

Cocktails were bang on, (absolutely loved the pornstar as had real passion fruit in it) all the food was delicious with great presentation, portions were more than adequate, I had the red Velvet prawns oh wow, my personal recommendation for the sun is the lamb Shish, OMG the lamb was so tender and melted in my mouth, service was great, cannot comment on the deserts as we were so full up we didn’t get that far, highly recommended

Firstly staff all very friendly, food amazing no one had a bad meal, atmosphere amazing, DJ played some tunes, Manager on point, never once been rude always greets us as we walk in, if you were treated 'badly ' probably because your actions to his staff reflected his behaviour to you. In all, lovely place, toilets are clean, food good, service good You cannot go wrong.

It only looks nice to photograph but not to taste. Cocktails are ok but not worth the price. Service is very slow, staff are rude and stole a bag and phone from the birthday girl whilst we were being attacked by another party and therefore we were distracted. Find my iPhone showed the phone was still in the venue after all guest left but staff denied this. Staff informed the bag had been recovered over the phone but when we went to pick up the bag we were informed the bag was not found. So why was find my iPhone showing the phone is in the venue? They refused to give access to cctv. Honestly we travelled from far and the food was not worth the hustle at all, it’s disgusting to say the least. I am unsure the people providing these positive reviews because it’s honestly not a true reflection. I have realised that the manager comments on all negative reviews with a defence. Sort out the issues, get a better chief. Take the feedback on board and do something about it. Don’t let the pictures deceive you!

As soon as we sat down, we were immediately offered drinks, which was... read more The food was delicious and the service was good, but we felt very rushed during our meal. As soon as we sat down, we were immediately offered drinks, which was nice. However, the waiter kept hovering and asking if we were ready to order. Our starters arrived quickly, and as soon as the last person finished, our mains were brought out. I felt like we needed a few minutes to digest before moving on. After we finished our mains, we were asked about dessert, but we opted for drinks instead. We were then told that our table was booked and that we needed to hurry up. Normally, they allow 2 hours, but we hadn't even been there for 80 minutes. In the future, I will stick to lunchtime when it's less busy.

We got in to the restaurant and were sat directly in front of t... read more We had heard such good things about meze, upon arrival the exterior of the restaurant is lovely. We got in to the restaurant and were sat directly in front of the door, awful placement for a table as the doors are constantly being open and shut and my partner and I were constantly blasted with cold winter air. I spoke to one of the wait staff and asked if we could move as it was an awful table due to being sat indoors and feeling as though we were outside, I was told she’d look and that was the end of it, we were then told we could move our table over which didn’t help and then left me back to back with another diner. We were left with a very obvious impression that they are far more interested in parties/group bookings. The restaurant is also very loud, but again that is more about the parties/groups so not really their fault. Overall, the food was fantastic and is definitely good value for money ; however the staffs lack of interest in their diners enjoyment was extremely disappointing considering we would love to eat there again, but there was only one table for two so we’d likely be stuck in front of the door blasted with wind again.
