We have been a customer since our son introduced us to Mings, we have been a customer since then Sue is a lovely lady very friendly since COVID we have been getting a takeaway, always have large crispy prawn with sweet and sour sauce,...My daughter has now been a customer since lockdown, she also loves the food, we have tried other Chinese restaurants always go back to Mings of the Avenue. Both service and food were excellent! I’ve been to this restaurant many times and it never disappoints. They always remember us and we are greeted in a warm and friendly manner. The food is excellent fresh and made from good quality ingredients. This is one...of my favourite restaurants of all time.

First time here and we booked a table for on Saturday October.. From the minute we entered we counted different people coming in to pick up takeaways and that was within the first mins so we took that as a good...sign. Staff were efficient and friendly. Our food arrived quickly. Chicken satay starter was succulent with the best peanut satay sauce ive ever tasted!! Mains of crispy beef, chicken noodles, chicken in black bean sauce and kung po prawns were fresh, tasty and full of flavour. Not a bit of grease or any of that powdery after taste you can get with some sauces. One member of staff informed us they've been there years!!! I wish we found this delightful restaurant earlier! Highly recommend and we certainly will be back!

I went to this restaurant last night with my family and found the service to be good. However, the manager was rude and the food did not match what was described on the menu. Other than the noodles, everything else was disappointing. I returned my pork dish because it was supposed to have pork pieces but instead had pork bits. The chili beef dish was tough and rubbery, and despite our dissatisfaction, it was not removed from the bill because we had tasted it. Overall, I was very disappointed and would have been willing to pay more for better quality food.

I have been a patron of this restaurant for many years. The menu, food quality, service, and staff have remained consistent throughout that time. And there's a good reason for that - when something is already great, why fix it? Thank you to Sue for providing yet another delightful evening with delicious food. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience.
