The atmosphere is very... read more Once again, the staff delivered excellent service. I have visited this restaurant multiple times and each time the food has been amazing. The atmosphere is very relaxing and you are always greeted warmly. I would highly recommend Jade Garden to anyone. Don't hesitate to ask for anything.

The staff had a terr... read more The takeout experience at this restaurant was terrible. I had to throw away the chicken satay skewers because they were raw and not cooked. The staff had a terrible attitude and took forever to handle the situation. Eventually, the chef intervened and gave me a refund. The rest of the meal was also excessively salty. I will never be using this restaurant again and will be reporting this to health and safety. If a child had eaten this food, it could have been dangerous. The chef definitely needs to be retrained. This was the worst experience I've had at this restaurant, despite being a regular customer for years. I wasted nearly £30 on this meal.

The food arrived in just 20 minutes and was still hot. The delivery driver was also very polite. I really enjoyed the food.
