Heater wasn’t work... read more Visited here back in October with a friend as a girls catch up dinner. Was sat right at back where the extension bit was and it was freezing. Heater wasn’t working and they didn’t even try to help. Slow and shocking service took forever to be asked for a drink. Loud party table was next to us so could barely hear each other( they should section off big group tables separate from small groups and couples) sat the whole dinner in coats and no apologies or trying to make it up for us. Service charge is always a lot when the service is shocking. Food and drink is always good though. I then tried to book for NYE before the set menus was running as booked for 6pm which stated and I selected normal menu. Only to be sent a week before nye the preset menu- emailed back to say happy to do this however I did book for normal menu- they never responded back and just had a email to say our reservation had been cancelled leaving us nowhere to go NYE with a week to go. I then tried to book again as they had tables available still , booked and received email , then 2 days before had a email to say it’s been cancelled on their behalf. Very rude to do without giving reason and won’t be retuning. Not worth the money anyway !

However, the dj was absolute rubbish and we felt we had to leave. Please do not have him next year.

And the drinks are overpaid , not to mention the large service charge ! But worse thing was the ladies toilets were disgusting, toilet paper all over the floor and the sinks blocked with water

We were disappointed with the shockingly slow service, but the food was... read more Fifty of us visited this restaurant for a brunch to celebrate a friend's 50th birthday. We were disappointed with the shockingly slow service, but the food was excellent. We noticed that drinks were more expensive when delivered to our table rather than going up to the bar. Additionally, we were surprised by a hefty service charge that was not communicated to us beforehand. We feel that, given the amount we spent, this charge should not have been added. However, we must commend the young waitstaff for their politeness and helpfulness in serving our food and drinks.
