The food came quickly and was actually really good fresh, tasty, no complaints there. However, when I went back to the counter to pay, the lady told me the total and I casually pulled out my phone to pay with Apple Pay. Her expression suddenly changed and she said, ‘We’re cash only.’ I didn’t have any cash on me, as I rarely carry it. I explained that I didn’t have a wallet to withdraw money either, and offered to do a bank transfer instead. That’s when she pointed to a small ‘cash only’ sign on the wallwhich I honestly didn’t notice before ordering. She went to the back and came out with a card machine, took the payment, and told me to bring cash next time.
