I came for fish and chips and I asked for paper to separate the fish that the owner threw my money back on me and said that it was his policy to calculate me an extre, he was a beautiful dame and. he called in a truly violent way to her I will not go back to it as he is already overpriced and a very rude evil man
They literally refused my order because I had notiz. very rude old owner has no smile on his face. avoid this place if you want to experience real fish and chips vibes.btw they are overpriced for a part of chips
As a shame as my local fish and chips were. this is the first visit as the new administration has taken over and could not believe that they were charged for a part of the chips. they even serve in polystyrene containers, so they do not. even so many. absolute demolition will take my need elsewhere.
I visited this place today and ordered a chicken and mushroom pie with chips and curry sauce. The food came quickly and was actually really good fresh, tasty, no complaints there. However, when I went back to the counter to pay, the lady told me the total and I casually pulled out my phone to pay with Apple Pay. Her expression suddenly changed and she said, ‘We’re cash only.’ I didn’t have any cash on me, as I rarely carry it. I explained that I didn’t have a wallet to withdraw money either, and offered to do a bank transfer instead. That’s when she pointed to a small ‘cash only’ sign on the wallwhich I honestly didn’t notice before ordering. She went to the back and came out with a card machine, took the payment, and told me to bring cash next time. It felt a bit rude how they treat people who don’t have cash it’s 2025, after all Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
