I don't know her name, but the barista with the strawberry blonde hair who was working the till around 2pm was very attentive and took great care of me. However, there was an incident that led to a customer complaint and the team leader had to step in to handle it. Unfortunately, I felt that the team leader handled the situation poorly, leading to a loud argument between the barista and team leader in the coffee shop. Eventually, the barista was asked to leave by the team leader, creating a negative atmosphere in the coffee shop. The Sidcup branch should seriously reconsider their management. The coffee, on the other hand, was quite good.

Honestly, there are many coffee shops in this town, but none compare to the experience I have at Nero when I need my coffee fix.

There is ample seating, but there could be improvement in how quickly the staff clears the tables. It's a popular place, and I definitely plan on coming back again.
