Nice hotel in a great area for motorcycling! However, it will not be able to accommodate guests at the moment as the entire building has been rented out. Rooms: 4 Service: 4 Location: 4
After we get back home, the bewilderment continues... We arrived at the biker house relatively late because we were stuck in a traffic jam for a long time....the house was dark and didn't look lived in or looked run down....after we entered through the back entrance, a Polish lady who didn't speak any German came -Knowledge came to us (the lady couldn't help it and was very nice) and showed us our hut. Facilities in the hut: None... there was nothing... not even soap etc. not to mention the 3G rule. Dead spiders on the floor, strange smell....no cups....no nothing... The next morning we wanted to have breakfast (as booked)...again the Polish lady who told us with the help of Google translator that there was no breakfast...no coffee either...nothing... .everything was dark and musty... After a day's motorbike tour, the lady told us with the help of a piece of paper that we wanted to pay 180 euros...we wanted to speak to the boss... After a phone call with her we paid 150 euros without a receipt.... We are very happy to be home again... THE BIKER HOUSE OF GRAUENS will remain in our memories for a very long time....
Our entire stay was one big comedy. After arrival, we had a choice of rooms for our 5 people, but suddenly, after 3 weeks, an employee of the guesthouse ordered us to leave our occupied rooms in favor of other, worse for us. It is difficult to find any cleanliness in the rooms, kitchen and bathroom. As guests, we had to clean the common areas of the hotel. If someone wants to relax or live in a workers' apartment, this is definitely not the place. Eternal screams coming from outside, no night curfew, no masks or disinfection in times of pandemic. The owner of the guesthouse is nowhere to be seen, everything is handled by incompetent employees, which causes constant confusion and misunderstandings. Overall, I do not recommend this place, we are forced to change our accommodation.
