Upon arrival at the restaurant, we noticed that there were cars in the drive-thru, but the inside was relatively quiet. The cashier Shane was friendly and helpful while we placed our order, however, his positive demeanor was overshadowed by the manager's constant yelling and berating of the staff. The manager appeared stressed, shouting at employees for missing orders and bustling about the restaurant. When an order was incorrect, she frustratingly remade the item, giving off an air of inconvenience towards the customer. Despite the busy atmosphere, the food was good and we hope to return in the future.
Every time I go to this restaurant, they consistently get my order wrong, even when I have a different server. I asked for a small coffee and they gave me a medium instead. When I asked for a small, they were rude about it.
After a long day of work, I accidentally left my phone in the bathroom. Despite there being very few employees left in the restaurant, a gentleman named CJ found my phone and returned it to his manager. I was very grateful for his honesty and quick action.
Very fast service, hot food, smiles on every employees face that I saw. Disappointed to see only one star here, so I figured I'd help fix that.
It's a clean restaurant a small town was very nice employees but let's face it is McDonald's food and I just can't get into it that much but I would recommend that you.
