I have waited 30-40 minutes for... read more The food is great, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff is friendly... but there is a serious issue with their efficiency. I have waited 30-40 minutes for a sandwich on multiple occasions, even when they are not very busy. Because of this, I cannot recommend this place; getting a quick coffee here is just not possible.

The person who took our order at the counter was friendly and informed us that our orders would be ready in about 20 minutes. We had some trouble finding available seats as there were people using laptops and one person sorting through mail at a table. The atmosphere of the restaurant is casual, with customers holding tables. Unfortunately, my wife's croissant was burnt when we received our order. She returned it to the counter and the new staff member seemed irritated. Despite the mixed experience, the turkey sandwiches we ordered were tasty. Overall, the restaurant did not quite live up to its claim of being the "Friendliest Place In Town."
