I recently tried the Impossible Burger at this café and it was the best one I have had in Los Angeles. In fact, it has now earned a spot on my Top 5 list of vegan burgers of all time. You have the option to customize your own vegan burger, and I chose to add vegan Cheddar cheese, pickles, salad, and garlic aioli. The burger also came with a side salad that had a tasty mustard dressing. Overall, the meal was delicious and I highly recommend it!
