Great experience. To be honest, this was my fourth choice for dinner tonight. It should have been my first. The other 3 options were either closed or out of 75% of the items on their menu. The staff here was very professional and fast. They had everything on their menu and it all tasted great. I highly recommend this Taco Bell location. View all feedback.

I wish I had checked the reviews before visiting this Taco Bell. I placed an online order without any issues, but when I went inside to pick it up, I was told I had to use the drive-thru. It doesn't make sense for the website to offer the option to pick up inside if it's not allowed. I informed the staff that they hadn't prepared my order yet. Your store needs to have some new staff, and heavy re-evaluation of how to do customer service. I came in earlier today to get my breakfast combo as usual before work at 9:35...and the front entrance was STILL locked (Don 't you guys open at 9? I knocked and waved at your window for close to FIVE minutes before your associate came to finally to open the door. She had this look on her face that resembled some sort of attitude, like what 's the big deal and I know she 's seen me before. I had to tell her that I was getting my food that I ordered ahead of time to pick up (which I 've always done there , and she never apologized for the holdup like she didn 't even care. How else are you going to get your food after your place opens if the door is STILL LOCKED? If the manager is reading this, you need to stop hiring disgruntled hoodrats and start hiring professionals that take their jobs seriously, and you know, OPEN YOUR RESTURANT DOORS ON TIME INSTEAD OF LOCKING YOUR CUSTOMERS OUT FROM PICKING UP THEIR FOOD? I ordered online 12:20 for 12:30 pickup. I waited in the store for 30 mins without receiving my food. People came in and ordered at the counter and received their food before me. The store tagged my order as ready so I could not cancel. I was continually told it is almost ready. Never again. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
