Papa John's Pizza - Beverly Hills

Placed a large delivery order over $80 from Beverly Hills, Florida, Papa John?s. Our food never arrived. We called the restaurant and said they had no record of our order. We received the customer's hotline number. This number called and the representative assured us that our credit card will be refunded. The next day, the day manager called to inform him about the situation. He told us that since the order was never entered into the computer, our credit card would not even be charged. That's it. Added with a $5 tip. Customer service did not issue a refund, even not the store. Dad! John?s will never get our family business again. Horribler customer service.

I love the garlic butter.. I also really like the thin crust with mushrooms and black olives.. Garlic knots are slamming..It's a very clean store.. Great service whether I order pick-up or have it delivered..

Located in a small strip plaza. Front of the house looked clean and presentable. Pizza lacked flavor, very bland and the presentation wasn't the greatest. The cuts were off, some were 5 inches wide and a some were only two inches. I've eaten quite a few pies in my day but I've never seen one cut like that. Staff was friendly but all business, no small talk.

I believe this restaurant's quality largely depends on who is working at the time we order. We've ordered from this Papa John's about ten times and have had a range of experiences. Occasionally, our pizzas are made perfectly: well-cooked, appropriately sized slices, and exactly how we requested. Other times, though, it seems like a three-year-old has taken a stab at cutting the pizza—it's all over the place! Our most recent order was quite disappointing; the dough was barely cooked, and I really didn't appreciate the customer service when I requested a refund from the company. We always specify "well done," so it's frustrating to receive a pizza that was undercooked. Overall, I give it three stars because I've had some great experiences without any issues, but there have also been some terrible ones. I do want to acknowledge a delivery driver I've had several times—an older gentleman who is always very friendly and pleasant. He deserves a raise or an extra tip, because if I decide to order from this place again, it will be primarily because of him.

The pizza wasn’t very impressive. We ordered two large pizzas and a side of stuffed cheese sticks. When I went in to pick up the food, I wasn’t greeted. There were seven employees working, but they all appeared to be preoccupied in the back. It struck me as odd that with so many staff members, no one was at the register to assist customers, and it took about five minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence. Overall, this isn’t the best pizza around; I should have chosen a different place.
