The quality of food services has been inconsistent at best during the pandemic. We’ve dine there for over 40 years, brought it to the attention of GM Peter. But today we had the luck of server-Karen, and she was super attentive and professional like the good old days! We’re happy!
We were at Lawry 's three weeks ago and had a fabulous meal and experience. Our server was terrific, the carver served us hot, delicious cuts of prime rib and all the fixings and we gave it a 10+. We went again last night with my sister and it was underwhelming. We had long-time lady servers who were very nice. However, the main server spoke to us like we were in kindergarten and was overly-gushy . I know she meant well, but she needed to take it down a couple of notches. Our prime rib was just okay, and the English Cuts were so thin we could almost see through them. Food wasn 't as hot as it should have been, but we did not want to complain. I don 't know if you serve different grades of meat on certain nights of the week, but last night 's (Sunday) meat was not high quality or tender. I hope you can use my feedback to better your future guests.
Felt Welcome from the moment we entered Parking lot. Great service throughout. Prime Rib lived up to the hype, best I've ever had.
Had a good time, everyone from the valet to the waiters are very well mannered and polite, food and drinks very good but took a very long time to arrive, seemed like they where focused on the bigger parties (we where 3) We had to pay $25.00 for each person in advance for the reservation and still not sure if or how that will be reimbursed.
