What User doesn't like about Krispy Rice Beverly Hills:
This is a virtual brand restaurant. Avoid coming here or ordering from here as you will be let down. The same staff members prepare all types of food, including sushi and burgers. The food quality and service are both lacking. If possible, I would give this place 0 stars. View all feedback.
If I could give it 0 stars, I would. that was the worst sushi we ever had. the only redeeming was the avocado role of my daughter who enjoyed them. the krispy rice articles were cold and stale and tasted like rancid oil. the fish had no taste. a terrible culinary experience.

I used Uber Eats to have my order delivered from this restaurant. I specifically ordered two boxes of Krispy Heaven, each supposed to contain two shrimp. However, when I opened the boxes, there were no shrimp inside. Instead, they had been replaced with Gyoza without informing me beforehand. I was still charged $35 for each box, which I felt was too high for what I received. I expected the sushi to be of good quality and taste, but unfortunately, it was just average. The sushi lacked flavor and the rice was soggy instead of crispy. The only things I enjoyed were the salmon and ginger. It was disappointing to receive subpar food from a restaurant associated with Katsuya. I will not be ordering from this place again.
Although the packaging is cute, the sushi tastes like it has been sitting on a shelf in an airport cafe for a few weeks.
While it may not offer the best sushi in town, this restaurant provides the convenience of ordering through the Citizens Go app on your phone with free delivery. Deliveries never take longer than 30 minutes, allowing me to enjoy sushi while my kids have burgers simultaneously. The truffle avocado roll is a standout dish, and the Spicy tuna is also delicious. Personally, I'm not a fan of the nigiri, but that's just my preference. The dine-in experience is decent, but I prefer ordering delivery from this place.
