A very pleasant dining experience. An extremely well trained, courteous, and attentive staff perfectly accompanied the superbly prepared and served food. There wasn't any pressure on us diners to get through our dinners. In short, an excellent evening out. View all feedback.
What Donk C doesn't like about Cut Beverly Hills:
Starters were excellent Wine and wine steward were excellent The show piece of CUT is supposed to be its meat. Dry aged Rib eye ...”charred rare, please”...came out Medium. Sent it back...New steak..came out medium. Ate about 6 bites. Service crew was excellent except for not noticing barely eaten steak. I should have said something. Atmosphere...what atmosphere...? Lacks any warmth...almost industrial bare. Expensiv... View all feedback.
It was my birthday. I celebrated it solo and I have to say Kevin my server treated me as if I was the most special along with the Concierge, the hostess and the bartender can't wait to return. I have to say I think it's one of the best steaks I ever had certainly imprinted in my mind.
All the food was super excellent! The service, the quality of food, ambiance one of a kind. My friends always told me to try out this place and glad we did for my friend's 50th birthday! The servers, employees are very welcoming and friendly. Thank you to our server Marco for an excellent service. Will come back soon ?
Another memorable evening at CUT with fabulous food and meeting some new people! CUT is always our go to restaurant which is great as we love the Beverly Wilshire too! We had a great experience with our “new to us” waiter Caesar. He did not disappoint. Unfortunately we missed Jeffrey at CUT lounge but Carey remembered our faces and our favorite cocktail! We love the personal touches like that, it makes our evening extra special. We had the pleasure of personally meeting Ian, we always like to meet the general manager to let them know how much we love dining there! We live in OC and never dine anywhere else for dinner when travelling to LA, can't say enough good things about it!
I had been to Cut last vegas and it's the only restaurant in Vegas I actually go and pay for as I'm comped for all restaurants at all Caesar's, Wynn and MGM properties. But i was in LA and had to try the OG. And it did not fail to impress. Everything was top notch and immpecabble. Our Server (from Australia) was so wonderful, accommodating. While this restaurant is in the Four Seasons Hotel, the staff was warm, friendly, not pushy or stiff as you would expect in a Michelin Star sometimes. We had our 8 year old and we never once felt like it was out of place for him. While the prices are not for the faint of heart it's worth it and I'll make sure I do it next time in LA.
I can’t say enough about our dinner at CUT. Everything from the service to the food was absolutely amazing. The steaks were cooked to perfection. We enjoyed everything from the bread basket to the desserts at the end. The service was impeccable and we can’t wait to return.
