The entire experience was absolutely first-class! It was our first visit and such a special occasion for us. The staff, food, and service were flawless. Thank you to everyone; you know who we are. A young lady provided a delightful experience, engaging with us and sharing stories about the food's origin and preparation. In contrast, the male staff member was disengaged and showed a noticeable level of panic, which detracted from the overall service experience. This was quite disappointing. At a price point of £50-£60 for six courses, the meal would have felt adequate. However, at £75, it was overpriced given the quality of service and the overall experience. The chef demonstrates great potential with some fine-tuning of the dishes, but the service has much room for improvement to justify the Michelin star pricing.
